We are fortunate to live in a country that provides us with safety, freedom, insurance, and liberty. We are safe..have homes and food. We are some of the luckiest people in the world. Many of us forget that in most of the world, lack of education & literacy, jobs, food, and money is a major major cause for violence. Circumstances make a person so helpless…that he/she must do what is unlawful to ensure life safety and security. Wow I just ranted..but I want to make sure you understand that this painting in no way is glorifying violence. I want to show the fear that exists..for the one with the gun..and the one at gunpoint.
